Services

Where the work is focused.

A practice with particular depth in couples and marriage counselling, performance anxiety, and psychotherapy for professionals navigating sustained pressure, relationship difficulties and complex emotional concerns. Individual psychotherapy is also offered for those seeking greater clarity, stability and meaningful change.

Also known as marriage or relationship counselling

Couples Counselling

Asian couple in a counselling session

Real relationship complexity — repeated arguments, resentment, emotional withdrawal, trust that's been broken, mismatched expectations, and the harder decisions about whether and how a relationship continues. Gottman-informed work toward rebuilt connection and a clearer, shared commitment.

You may find this useful if communication alone no longer seems enough, or if you keep returning to the same conflict despite understanding it intellectually.

For the student who looks completely fine on paper

High-Achiever Teen Performance Anxiety

Asian teenage student studying under exam pressure

Perfectionism, fear of disappointing parents, self-worth tied to achievement, difficulty tolerating failure, constant comparison, and anxiety that persists despite outward success — including many students from Raffles Institution and other top schools.

You may find this useful if your teenager is achieving academically but struggling internally.

For adults and teenagers

Individual Psychotherapy

For depression — including in teenagers — emotional dysregulation, and the patterns that keep resurfacing across a life. This includes support for those navigating Bipolar Disorder or Borderline Personality Disorder, alongside your psychiatric care where relevant.

You may find this useful if you're functioning well outwardly but carrying considerable anxiety or emotional strain.
